Short Bio
Filka Sekulova is based at ICTA, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She holds a doctoral degree in ecological economics with a specialization in happiness and climate change UAB. Presently she is doing a post doctorate research on the success factors of community-based initiatives, part of the European research project TESS (http://www.tess-project.eu/). Her research interests center around the economics of happiness, income and degrowth. She is a member of Research & Degrowth and the international community working on the establishment of the international scientific conferences on degrowth (www.degrowth.org).
