Short Bio
PhD in Environmental Sciences from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2010). He is interested in studying the social-ecological transformations of mountain areas from the standpoint of environmental history, political ecology and action-research. He is now starting to investigate the role of literature and art in sociometabolic transitions and degrowth. He combines his research with the direction of documentaries and with conservation projects with local environmentalist organizations.

Research Interests: Land-use change, landscape, biodiversity, silenced memories, degrowth.
